Do you work near the Gulf of Mexico?

As you know, on April 20, 2010, the BP Oil Company's Horizon oil rig exploded. The results was the death of platform workers, injuries to others, and the spilling of millions of barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. Because of this huge release of oil and the negative publicity many people who worked around the Gulf of Mexico were financially impacted.

BP has established a fund of $24 billiion dollars to reimburse businesses and individuals who were impacted by this major catastrophe. Most of that money is still there because the process of doing it on your own is extremely difficult and will most likely be rejected.

Disc Jockeys, Photographers, and Videographers were also impacted due to cancellations of work, accepting lower fees, or slower bookings. Also, many of our part time customers had additional jobs during the weekdays that were also affected.

WeDJ.com was also affected because many of our clients in the south had to cancel their paid listings. After extensive research our company found a firm that will not only represent us, but every one of our clients who feel they may have a claim. Most firms will take a 33.33% commission if you win and it doesn't cost a thing if you lose. In our case, the fee was dropped to 20% which is a 40% savings PLUS you don't have to pay a single dime. When and if you win, you'll receive a check in the mail for your claim minus the small fee.

There are NO upfront costs for the law form to start your BP oil claim, and negotiate with the GCCF to make sure you are getting the maximum amount you, or your company deserves. Ask yourself? Can you count on the GCCF or BP to act in your best interest? NO!

We can also help even if you have already filed a claim and were rejected!
